Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope you love your Subconscious piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
Eligibility
• Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Returns must be requested via care@subconsciousstudio.com.
• For hygiene reasons, accessories (eye masks, scrunchies, etc.) are non-returnable.
How To return
Email us at care@subconsciousstudio.com with your order number.
We’ll issue you a return label or instructions.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 days once your return is received.
Subconscious reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
